Jennifer and Tuan were the best to work with. They are kind, genuine but know how to party. I kept asking them at the end of the night "How do you have so many friend?". Jennifer had 4 outfits, a traditional wedding dress, a Vietnamese outfit and Korean Hombol. The two cultures / families are one now. Love filled the amazing venue, Christ Cathedral. The venue truly blew me away. Thank you to the amazing vendors that helped make Jennifer and Tuan's dream wedding come true. Tuan and I had what is called, "Postwedding Blues," after our wedding day. Yes, they are actually real! All the weight of planning, accompanied by the stress of my mother being diagnosed with breast cancer a month before the wedding, culminated to an indescribable experience as our day unfolded into a beautiful memory we will never forget. Naturally, an unexpected sadness set in as our every day responsibilities reminded us of reality. We kept re-living our celebration and reflected on how it was better than we thought it would be!

We were grateful of how everyone in our lives as well as our supportive vendors made our wedding special. We especially loved having our wedding ceremony at St. Martin De Porres Catholic church where Tuan grew up in; it was a very special moment for our families and friends in witnessing our marriage covenant with God.

The best part about my wedding though was all the guests, families and friends who came from all over the world to witness Tuan and I to make our vows to each other. Our wedding day was definitely a day filled with so much love and happiness, smiles and laughter, especially due to the union of both Korean and Vietnamese cultures displayed through the cultural dresses we outfitted, HanBok (Korean traditional dress) and Ao Dai (Vietnamese traditional dress).

As we held onto these moments as if they would disappear, we were excited to begin a new chapter of our lives together as the Bui's. My word of advice to all the brides out there is, enjoy the process and also, to enjoy your wedding day because whatever you do to get to the wedding day, anything and everything will just turn out better than expected!
